1. Slot Confirmation:
  • Submission of the booking request does not guarantee a confirmed slot. Slots will be allocated based on availability and participant eligibility.
  • A confirmation email with a unique QR code will be sent to participants whose slots are finalized.
2. QR Code:
  • The unique QR code sent with the confirmation email is mandatory for event entry.
  • The QR code is non-transferable and valid only for the registered participant.
3. Documentation:
  • Participants must present a valid driving license at the venue along with their QR code for verification.
  • Failure to produce the required documents may result in denied entry or participation.
4. Event Guidelines:
  • All participants must adhere to the safety protocols and instructions provided by the organizers during the event.
  • Porsche India reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue participation of individuals who fail to comply with the guidelines or pose safety risks.
5. Liability:
  • Participants take part in the driving experience at their own risk. Porsche India will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
  • Porsche India reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event at its discretion, with prior notice provided to participants wherever possible.
  • Participants may be required to rebook their slots in case of rescheduling.
7. Right to Admission:
  • The final right to admission is reserved by Porsche India.
8. Photography and Media:
  • By participating in the event, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for Porsche India’s marketing and promotional purposes.
9. Eligibility:
  • Only individuals aged 18 years or above with a valid driving license are eligible to participate.
10. Disqualification:
  • Any participant providing false information, misusing the QR code, or engaging in misconduct may be disqualified from the event.
11. Force Majeure:
  • Porsche India will not be held responsible for cancellations or changes to the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
